At BTB Los Angeles, we want you to love your handcrafted accessories, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags and packaging are intact to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully pack your items in their original BTB Los Angeles dust bag and box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
